Starting in December 2024 and for at least the next 6-8 months, I will be researching and analyzing the retail sector alongside specific areas of VC to uncover patterns and methods of valuing companies in this space. This will be a self-directed graduate thesis of sorts; The primary reason is to present a strategic and data driven portfolio project where I deepen my domain expertise and the secondary reason is to fuel personal investment interests. This has likely been sparked by my experience with MIINT impact investing, where my contribution to the team is research into circular technology and consumer product investments.
